  I booked my Hyundai i20 in for an investigation into an intermittent noise in the front end.
  Although the mechanics couldn't replicate the noise they gave the car a thorough check to make sure it was safe. Excellent service.

  Needed a puncture repaired quite urgently - the Hervey Bay MyCar crew were as usual friendly and helpful and made every effort to get it fixed soon after I arrived unannounced. Thanks yet again, have appreciated the great service you have provided over the years.

  I had an epic service (100k Honda jazz log book service) done here a couple of weeks ago and forgot to give them a review!
  
  The level of customer service here is intense. I was helped and assisted to maximum levels. They went above and beyond with communicating additional issues they found and options I would have. With all the additional warranties they give you and additional after sales service and care packages (all free with the service) and such a large network of shops in surprised more people don’t go there. 5 stars.

  Fantastic service - extremely well organised and very helpful. Conner sorted everything out for the Continentals on our Mercedes, and Greg (boss) was great to deal with. Highly recommend them for all vehicles - brilliant.

  Writing on behalf of my Dad: ‘Took my Jeep into get something done & when finished I was speaking to OWEN (mechanic) about how my radio wasn’t working since the car had a battery changed some time ago (from another business). Ive tried everything myself and went to other places, got told about $400-$500 to retrieve the code from back of computer radio in dash. Owen come straight out to look, no hesitations, he went above & beyond to find the issue & it was all fixed in a matter of half hour. Turns out it was a loose battery wire. Owen saved me time and money, I couldn’t thank the guys at MY CAR enough. The honesty & helpfulness I received today is unbelievable.
  So Greg & Owen thank you so much for helping me out today I can now listen to my music again
